Summer is almost over—hopefully everyone had a chance to enjoy time with family and friends, and maybe attend a few threshing bees and county fairs along the way.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to send in your votes for the Board of Directors. Three individuals were elected to the board Dale Von Loh, Kenten Benner, and Dave Ritenburgh.
We extend a very special thank you to Kelly Stamm for serving on the board for the past six years. Your dedication to the club is truly appreciated!
The Board of Directors also voted on a proposed change to the current club bylaws, which successfully passed. Updates were made to the current requirements of hosting a winter convention and summer show. Again, Thank you Kelly, for your time in putting the board members changes to update the website documents.
We had a strong response to the club scholarship applications—thank you to all who applied! Winners will be announced at the Summer Show in Oakley, Michigan. Looking ahead, the Minneapolis Moline Collectors Club will be attending a few upcoming shows, including the Mid-Michigan Old Gas Tractor Association show in Oakley, Michigan August 15th – 17th 2025. The Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois August 26th – 28th 2025.
