Fall 2026
Dear Members and Friends,
As 2026 comes to an end, I would like to thank everyone who has supported the Minneapolis Moline Collectors Club (MMCI) and the MM Corresponder magazine. You are the people who help keep Minneapolis-Moline history alive, and your continued support is greatly appreciated.
We had two great shows this year: the winter show in Fair Oaks, Indiana, and the summer show in Edgerton, Wisconsin, along with the Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa. A great deal of time and effort goes into putting these shows together, so thank you to everyone who helped with the planning and preparation. We also appreciate everyone who was able to attend and make these events a success.
This year, the MMCI was able to award three scholarships of $2,000 each, along with a fourth scholarship of $1,000. The additional $1,000 scholarship was made possible through special donations to the club from Pat Richardson of Hamburg, New York, and Brent Bingham of Fair Oaks, Indiana. Congratulations to all of this year’s scholarship recipients! We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
The 2027 winter show in Springfield, Missouri, is quickly approaching and will be held February 25–27. Be sure to make your hotel reservations and purchase your banquet tickets. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
I hope everyone has a safe and successful harvest season and enjoys a happy holiday season with family and friends.
Thank you again for your continued support of the club and for helping preserve the history and legacy of Minneapolis-Moline.
Happy Holidays and best wishes for the New Year!
MMCI President,
Jay Groskreutz
